Customers acknowledge that they are responsible for providing all personal information and booking details.

Customers may not change their booking details once they have been approved.

Customer warrants to follow Enovacure lab’s work instructions, and to follow all requirements for booking an appointment.

Customer warrants to deal with consultants throughout Enovacure lab platform.

The customer agrees to not share his personal contact information with any of the consultants.

Enovacure ensures the confidentiality of shared information with the lab and consultants throughout official platforms, and does not disclose any information to third parties.

Enovacure will not change customers’ booking details after they have been approved, and in the event that any changes are made to their booking details, Enovacure will refund 100% of the original cost or offer a different date at no additional cost.

Enovacure guarantees a full refund to customers in the event of an instrument malfunction.

Cancellation policy

100% refund upon cancellation by 72 hours prior to booking date.

50% refund upon cancellation by 48 hours prior to the booking date

0% refund upon cancellation by 24 hours prior to the booking date
